Hyperexponential (hx) is seeking a People Analytics lead to own reporting and analytics across retention, engagement, and lifecycle data. You’ll partner with the Talent team to unify hiring, pipeline, and People data, enabling the business to see the full employee journey with accuracy.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations of our HRIS ecosystem, support performance reviews in Lattice, and drive continuous improvements through data-driven insights, while growing with a fast-paced, globally scaling.
