You will build AI-enabled tools, create dashboards to track retention, attrition and engagement, and connect hiring data to People data for actionable insights.
You’ll partner with People Leaders to learn processes from onboarding to performance cycles, automate manual steps, and support Lattice-based reviews and engagement programs.
