Overview
In this role, you will own the People analytics and reporting that enable faster, evidence-based decisions across HR. You will partner with People Leaders to connect hiring, retention and engagement data, shaping how the People team grows with the business. You’ll build AI-enabled tooling to streamline processes and reduce manual work, while ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a fast-changing, collaborative culture powered by ownership and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Build AI-enabled tooling for the People and Talent function (agents, scripts, workflows) that are core to daily operations
- Develop the People reporting layer with dashboards on retention, attrition, and engagement and translate data into insights
- Integrate hiring/pipeline data with People data to enable self-serve leadership analytics
- Learn and improve onboarding, payroll data integrity, and performance cycle processes, automating where possible
- Support performance reviews in Lattice and engagement surveys, analyzing results and automating routine tasks
- Maintain accuracy of HRIS records, reporting, and system troubleshooting
