About hyperexponential (hx)

At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a $7 trillion industry. Our platform brings together data, AI, and human expertise to give insurers the fastest path from submission to decision.

About the Client Education team

Every hx customer's success depends on their teams knowing how to use our platform well. Client Enablement exists to make that happen. We sit at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Customer teams, turning new features and platform capability into training, certification, and documentation that our clients and delivery partners can learn from.

The team owns the full learning journey: onboarding new clients, building certification pathways, producing courses and video content, and supporting partners who deliver training on our behalf. We're looking for a Client Education Associate to join as a core part of this effort.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain high-quality course content that keeps pace with new product releases and evolving client needs.
  • Support the design and delivery of certification assessments.
  • Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into training material.
  • Contribute to our partner enablement programme.
  • Help maintain and improve our course health and documentation processes.

What you'll need to have done:

  • Delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience.
  • Studied Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
  • Taken the initiative to build or improve a course, process, or piece of learning content.
  • Communicated confidently and clearly with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Worked well in an environment where scope shifts.

You're unlikely to thrive here if:

  • You'd rather follow a fixed curriculum than build and adapt training material.
  • You're not comfortable being hands-on with technical concepts and tooling.
  • You prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating with teams.

Compensation:

At hx, we're committed to salary transparency. Our approach is to design compensation that's competitive in the market, fair across teams, and aligned with the impact our people make.

Benefits:

  • 5,000 training and conference budget for individual and group development.
  • 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total).
  • Company pension scheme via Penfold.
  • Mental health support and therapy via Spectrum.life.
  • Individual wellbeing allowance via Juno.
  • Private healthcare insurance through AXA.
  • Income protection and Life Insurance.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.

Additional perks:

  • Top-spec equipment.
  • Regular remote and in-person hackathons, lunch and learns, socials, and game nights.
  • Exceptional opportunities for personal development and growth.

Interview Process:

  • Initial call with our Talent team.
  • Manager interview.
  • Practical training assessment.
  • Values interview.

Our commitment to Diversity:

hxer's are at the centre of everything we build. We recognise there is always more to do, and we take responsibility for shaping a workplace that is not only diverse but genuinely inclusive.

If you're energised by complexity and motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply and join our global team.
