About the Design Team: We have built a lean team of six, spanning Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Engineering. Over the past year, we've reimagined both the platform and the hx brand through our new design language, Xpression. We're a tightāknit, highly creative group who believe in showing rather than telling, staying curious, and pushing for deep craft excellence.
This Staff Designer role is a critical hire for the team. You will help us think holistically about how intelligence is woven into the entire AI platform, working across teams to shape new paradigms, capabilities, and patterns that elevate the overall platform experience.
What youāll be doing:
- Leading the design of AIānative experiences across the hx platform.
- Partnering with product, engineering, and the AI team to shape the vision and plan for an AIānative platform.
- Developing scalable patterns through our design language, Xpression.
- Supporting the team in scaling craft excellence.
- Driving AIāadoption within the Design teamās own workflows.
- Working closely with the Head of Design to uplift the design team.
What you will need to have done:
- A history designing AIānative product experiences.
- A strong perspective and opinion on the future of AI.
- Significant experience leading design for complex initiatives.
- Technical fluency, understanding the opportunities and limitations of AI.
- Demonstrable use of AI tooling within your own workflow.
