About the Design Team
We have built a lean team of six, spanning Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Engineering. We have reimagined both the platform and the hx brand through our new design language, Xpression, giving hx a distinct edge in an increasingly competitive market.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design of AI-native experiences across the hx platform.
- Partnering with product, engineering, and the AI team to shape the vision for an AI-native platform.
- Developing scalable patterns through our design language, Xpression.
- Supporting the team in scaling craft excellence.
- Driving AI-adoption within the Design team’s own workflows.
- Working closely with the Head of Design to uplift the design team.
What you will need to have done:
- A history designing AI-native product experiences.
- Significant experience leading design for complex initiatives.
- Technical fluency, understanding the opportunities and limitations of AI.
- Demonstrable use of AI tooling within your own workflow.
