You will drive service governance, KPI attainment, reporting and escalation across first-, second-, and third-line support, with a strong focus on governance, workload planning and continuous improvement.
The role requires experience managing large hybrid multi-cloud estates (Azure, AVS, Arc-enabled, Azure Virtual).
