Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Process Mapping: Model and map existing "as-is" processes and design optimized "to-be" workflows to drive efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business units to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets and business metrics to inform strategic decision-making and project direction.
- Solution Delivery: Support the testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of new business systems and processes.
- What Our Client is Looking For
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within the IT/Tech sector.
- Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process modeling techniques (e. g., BPMN, UML).
- Experience working across various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
