Our client is seeking a meticulous and hard-working Housekeeping Assistant to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests and visitors expect. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the client’s exact standards.
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and restock room amenities and complimentary items.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop designated areas efficiently and safely.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests promptly and politely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supply carts are maintained, organized, and stored safely at the end of each shift in compliance with COSHH regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar physical role is highly desirable but not essential.
