The Role
- Support senior analysts and project teams in gathering requirements, mapping processes and helping to shape practical solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support workshops, meetings and requirements discussions.
- Assist with process mapping, including current-state and future-state processes.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
- Help prepare business requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Support solution testing and user acceptance testing activities.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs and stakeholder feedback.
About You
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Analytical thinking and an interest in business process improvement.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
