Hyper SQ is recruiting for a UX Designer to join an exciting, fast-paced team. You will join a growing team that encourages innovation and contribution from everyone. This is a highly collaborative role working with cross-functional teams to deliver user experience design and evolve Hyper SQ’s digital experience across a number of products and services. This role will have a real impact on the success of the business and the engagement of its users.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be working within an Agile software development team, working alongside experienced software engineers, creating services that power our revolutionary web and native mobile applications.
  • Designing intuitive and elegant solutions that solve user and business problems and meet specification requirements.
  • Using user-centred design principles and practices to shape the user journey.
  • Iterative user testing and qualitative analysis.
  • Developing design systems and rapid prototyping.
  • Working with product management to create and scope product design briefs and see them through to delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and app-based projects.
  • A good understanding of user-centred design and interaction design principles.
  • UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Strong knowledge of application design practices, technologies and methodologies, especially design systems and their components.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to various stakeholders.

What you can expect from our recruitment process:
