We are recruiting a Shipment and Sample Operations Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area for an initial 12 month contract. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate tracking, shipment, and data management of biological samples.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily shipment activities and related documentation.
- Coordinate courier bookings, collections, deliveries, and shipment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sample, shipment, and inventory tracking records.
- Support compliant biological sample lifecycle management activities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant degree/qualification in a related field.
- Experience in sample, shipment, or inventory management.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with biological sample handling and ideally, logistics in regulated environments.
