We are currently recruiting an Associate Principal QA Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Quality Control (QC) and Development Services teams.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide QA review, approval, and support for deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), change controls, investigations, and Out of Specification (OOS) records.
- Review QA activities for Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) studies, pilot studies, and Development Services, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
- Manage and escalate critical compliance issues through the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct audit trail reviews.
- Lead process audits, support GMP audit activities, and maintain audit readiness to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory expectations and global quality standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
- Proven industry experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems and GMP compliance.
