We have partnered with a leading biopharma organisation who are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator to join their team in Wiltshire. As the IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and availability of IT services, making a significant impact on the organisation’s operations.
Your duties as the IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator will be varied; Work with the Head of IT to manage and maintain the server and network infrastructure, including server hardware patching, network hardware patching, VMware infrastructure, and backup systems.
Support infrastructure hardware and software components to maximise IT facilities’ availability to users.
Deliver IT-oriented projects and services to improve compliance, business effectiveness, and customer experiences.
Administer Microsoft 365 to ensure appropriate access and configuration, maintaining compliance with IT Security Policies.
Relevant degree in a related IT field
Proven industry experience in technical support roles, supporting Windows hardware and software, and Microsoft Active Directory-based infrastructure.
A working knowledge and practical experience with networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and virtualised infrastructures.
