ROLE OVERVIEWWe are currently looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a leading production environment dedicated to ensuring optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency.
This exciting opportunity is with our client, a global leader in manufacturing and engineering, offering a dynamic role within their Production Engineering team.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a sustainable reliability program that reduces risks, minimizes production losses, and controls maintenance costs.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive asset management excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYour duties as the Reliability Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: Support the development and execution of the reliability program to enhance asset performance, aligned with c GMP and GEP standards.
Identify and mitigate asset reliability risks that may impact plant or business operations.
Provide hands-on technical support, coaching, and training related to equipment performance, diagnostics, and maintenance strategies.
Involve in the design, installation, and modification of assets to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
As the Reliability Engineer, you will analyze asset data including MTBF, MTTR, OEE, TEEP, and remaining useful life to inform maintenance planning and decision-making.
ROLE REQUIREMENTSTo be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Reliability Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: A Degree or higher level in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in developing and managing reliability programs within regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, predictive maintenance technologies, and reliability risk assessment tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, and FTA.
