KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYour duties as the Site Services Manager (Soft Facilities) will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Oversee and coordinate daily site management activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company and site policies.
- Act as the primary contact for visiting global leaders, external vendors, and internal teams, handling inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage relationships with soft facility contractors including catering, cleaning, work wear suppliers, and minor works providers.

- Support procurement processes related to facility services, including re-tendering and performance monitoring.
