Hyper Recruitment Solutions, founded in 2012, is entering a new phase of growth through to 2027. We are now hiring experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who want to build specialist Life Science markets and drive commercial growth across the UK, EU or US.
You will be based in our high‑spec HQ in Loughton, opened in 2020 and fully fitted to support collaboration, performance, and modern recruitment.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be business development and market growth. You will:
- Identify and win new client partnerships
- Build long‑term commercial relationships within your specialist Life Sciences niche
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Deliver high‑quality permanent or contract talent solutions
- Own your desk revenue, strategy, and market expansion
- Represent HRS with professionalism, expertise, and commercial insight
