Our client is seeking a Senior Analytical Development Scientist to join a leading CDMO company based in Northern Ireland. As the Senior Analytical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for performing development and phase-appropriate validation of analytical methods in support of API manufacturing projects for small molecules and/or peptides.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, UHPLC, GC, KF, and IC.
- Conduct forced degradation studies and reference standard characterisation.
- Provide technical management of assigned complex projects and plan project work for yourself and other team members.
- Participate in customer visits and audits, providing presentations when necessary.
Role Requirements
- Relevant degree in an Analytical/Chemistry-related discipline.
- Proven industry experience in a GMP/GLP environment.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with multiple laboratory techniques and method development/validation.
