An exciting opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Associate to join our client's leading healthcare organisation on a 12-month apprenticeship contract, supporting the Immunology Marketing team. This role offers high-level exposure to strategic marketing planning and execution, with responsibility for digital content, marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with Marketing Solutions Leads, Digital Solutions teams, sales colleagues and senior stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an initial 12 month contract with likely extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the delivery of strategic marketing projects and digital solutions, taking ownership of assigned initiatives from planning through to completion. Lead and coordinate the development of digital content, including emails, social media posts and webinar materials, while managing the internal review and approval process. Organise meetings, congresses and events, collaborate with agencies, track budgets and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. Partner with the sales team to create impactful materials for healthcare professionals, analyse market insights and performance data, and present recommendations to senior marketing leaders. As the Strategic Marketing Associate you will contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating a proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
A Degree or higher level in a Life Science or Business-related field, or current enrolment on a Bachelor's degree or higher-level programme in a relevant discipline. A strong interest in marketing and healthcare, with proven leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities, internships or part-time roles, alongside confident communication skills. A proactive, resilient and analytical approach, with the ability to take ownership of projects, engage with senior stakeholders and turn insights into actionable strategies in a fast-paced environment.
