Role Overview

We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area who are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer. This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance within a dynamic environment. As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Quality Management System is maintained and sufficient for accreditations held.
  • Perform self‑inspections at regular intervals and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Review and approve specifications, methods, and artwork, supporting regulatory submissions.
  • Manage Master Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Batch Analysis Records (BARs), including amendments and updates.

Role Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Proven industry experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance.
