We are currently looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to join a leading waste management company based in the UK. As the Technical Implementation Lead, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting the roll-out of the ECHO System across 42 UK Depot sites, travelling from Portsmouth to Falkirk.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing a new operational system to the commercial waste division, working within a team of 16 deployment leads.
- Training back office staff, operational drivers, and operational managers on the new system and PowerBI reports.
- Promoting the benefits of the new system and ensuring exemplary and consistent system usage.
- Liaising with IT Product teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in training and coaching, particularly in implementing complex IT systems to operational users.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with business support or project support roles.
