A fantastic opportunity has become available for a National Heating Sales Manager to join a Global Technology business. The role is Field Based, reporting into the Surrey HQ on a weekly basis. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and sales within the Heating sector, helping to shape the future of the UK Heating and Air Conditioning business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a robust sales strategy for air to water heat pump products, including renewables.
- Lead and enhance the performance of a dedicated team of Sales Account Managers and Service Engineers.
- Cultivate and expand sales opportunities with both new and existing customers to meet and exceed volume targets and KPIs.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to optimize inventory levels, resolve payment disputes, and facilitate new product introductions.
Role Requirements
- Solid experience in the Heating Heat Pump market, ideally with a reputable manufacturer. Educated within a technical discipline, ideally to degree level.
- Demonstrated leadership and management prowess.
- A deep understanding of relevant legislations, government grants, and technical product knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, with a track record of working within a performance management framework.
