ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently looking for a Media Development Scientist to join a leading biotechnology company based in South West, England. As the Media Development Scientist, you will be responsible for advising and providing technical guidance on a wide range of internal and client projects focused on optimising media formulations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Media Development Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Designing and influencing a wide range of experimental programs, including formulation optimisation using a DOE approach. 2. Using liquid handling systems to maximise throughput and directing R&D projects. 3. Ensuring the quality of data collection and adapting your skillset to each given challenge. 4. Working effectively within a team environment to deliver project goals. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Media Development Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1. Relevant degree in a life science discipline. 2. Proven industry experience in media development for mammalian products. 3.
