ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Product Supply Manager to join our client, a growing pharmaceutical business.
As the Product Supply Manager, you will be responsible for connecting commercial priorities with manufacturing operations and supply networks, helping speciality brand products move reliably from plant to patient.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will bring visibility, accountability and proactive governance to product availability.
This is a commercially focused supply and product management role: your impact will come from anticipating risks, aligning stakeholders and turning complex information into clear decisions that safeguard patient supply.
- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive detailed project and supply plans that meet market demand and commercial timelines.
You will coordinate manufacturing, functional and commercial stakeholders, establish clear ownership, resolve conflicting priorities and manage risks through structured reviews, timely escalation and corrective action.
- Provide accurate, timely visibility of inventory, sales forecasts and deliveries across the region.
You will work with global supply networks to maintain at least six months of stock coverage in each country, analyse product‑specific market trends and translate demand changes into practical supply actions.
- Act as the principal commercial operations contact for packaging and supply improvement initiatives across EMENA.
As Product Supply Manager, you will support economical, sustainable product availability and partner with the new product launch team to ensure a smooth handover into ongoing product management.
- Build reporting frameworks that give commercial teams and senior leadership actionable insights.
You will lead root‑cause investigations, introduce process or system improvements, prevent recurring supply issues and measure progress through stock coverage, reporting transparency and stronger commercial–operational alignment.
- ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related discipline would be desirable.
You will bring extensive experience in supply chain, operations or commercial project management, ideally involving pharmaceuticals or speciality products.
- Proven industry experience working with global supply networks and sales and operations planning processes, alongside delivery of complex projects against tight, changing deadlines.
Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is relevant, with biosimilar or generics experience preferred.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with Excel, enterprise resource planning systems, forecasting software and Power Point.
You will combine analytical judgement and attention to detail with proactive problem‑solving, calm prioritisation and cross‑functional influencing skills.
Excellent written and spoken English, confidence navigating cultural differences and a track record of presenting meaningful insights to senior leadership are important.
