We are currently looking for a Managing Director β Services to join a leading science and technology organisation based in the UK to lead their dedicated Services division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take the helm of a well-established, scientifically credible services business within a rapidly growing innovative company. As Managing Director β Services, you will have full responsibility for defining and driving the division's strategy, operational excellence, and commercial success, all while leading a talented team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Services division, setting goals that align with the organisation's long-term vision.

- Take full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, improved margins, and effective resource planning.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Biological sciences, Environmental sciences, Chemistry) with proven leadership within a B2B services, consultancy, or solutions-driven environment.
- A track record of building and scaling service or commercial units, demonstrating success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful commercial outcomes.
