Overview
As a Manufacturing Data Analyst in a leading biopharmaceutical environment, you will collect, analyse, and interpret production data to monitor trends and identify improvements. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret manufacturing data to monitor process trends and identify improvements
- Assist in planning manufacturing activities and allocate resources for efficient workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and optimise performance
- Support validation activities, equipment transfer, and project management for startup/shutdown and capital investments
- Contribute to quality and environmental systems, including deviation investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects
Key requirements
- Degree or higher in a scientific or engineering field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management)
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and cGMP-regulated processes
- Experience in regulated environments and supporting validated manufacturing processes
