We are currently looking for a HSE Advisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Bracknell area. As the HSE Advisor you will be responsible for supporting a site relocation, which includes both office and laboratory facilities.
This will be an initial 12 month contract with likely 2 years of work. This role can offer £37,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HSE Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the HSE Advisor you will develop and update of local HSE procedures.
2. As the HSE Advisor you will deliver local workshops to complement company procedures and policies.
3. As the HSE Advisor you will coordinate/attend meetings representing HSE systems and compliance across, as well as supporting the risk management system (facilitating risk assessors and/or undertaking risk assessments and reviewing control measures in place).
4. As the HSE Advisor you will support and undertake HSE audits and assessments.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HSE Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum with Preferably a NEBOSH Diploma and/or Environmental qualification. Accreditation to IOSH at least at affiliate level. Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology experience would be an advantage.
2. Proven industry experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with working on a site relocation would be highly advantageous.
