We at Hyper Recruitment Solutions are looking to expand our operation and are looking to appoint either a Team Leader or Principal Recruitment Consultant with a passion for excellence, success, and continued development. As we expand our business internationally, opportunities exist in the UK, EU, and US, focusing on permanent or contract talent services. Based in our headquarters on the eastern side of central London, opened in 2020 following a £1M investment from Ricky Martin and Lord Sugar, our office is fit for the future.

Role Requirements
- Experience in an agency/360 environment with business development and high performance. To operate as a Principal Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader, we need individuals with prior experience mentoring, coaching, and day‑to‑day management of junior consultants.
- Experience supporting professional contractors or highly qualified talent in a non‑public sector/framework environment, suitable for our permanent and contract sides and opportunities across the UK, EU, or US based on prior experience.
- The willingness to continually develop, immerse yourself in a positive can‑do company culture, and support us in aiming to be one of the best workforces to be part of.
