We’re seeking an accomplished Analytical Operations Director to lead and develop the analytical function within a Global Pharmaceutical CDMO. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for ensuring scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across a high-growth business unit. The role requires a strategic mindset, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and deliver performance targets that underpin site profitability and scientific quality.
