Overview
In this role you will drive biophysics and protein science data generation to inform drug-discovery decisions. You will lead small-to-medium client projects, collaborate across teams and with clients, and contribute to capability development. You’ll apply hands-on biophysical techniques to support discovery targets and help shape scientific capabilities within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Biophysics and Protein Science projects with data-driven insights
- Lead small-to-medium client projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment
- Apply techniques such as SPR, GCI, ITC, DLS, DSF, SEC-MALS and protein production for discovery targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients and present data clearly
- Contribute to capability development and mentor junior scientists
Key requirements
- Degree or higher in a relevant scientific field
- Proven experience in biophysical techniques and protein production for drug discovery
- Ability to work independently and lead scientific projects
- Strong communication skills with client-facing data presentation experience
