Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development Manager and the wider commercial team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities for our client. This role focuses on lead generation, research, prospect engagement, and sales support, with the goal of developing into a client‐facing business development professional over time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk research to identify new potential clients in target markets (UK, EU, North America).
  • Maintain Salesforce with accurate and up-to-date prospect, lead, and opportunity data.
  • Coordinate distribution of targeted marketing materials and collateral to prospects.
  • Join initial discovery calls where appropriate to take notes and ensure follow‐up actions are tracked.

Required Skills and Experience
