We are currently seeking a dedicated QA Officer to join a dynamic quality assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality assurance focused professional to contribute to maintaining and enhancing our client's robust Quality Management System (QMS). Based at their site, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Act as system administrator and primary contact for the electronic QMS (eQMS) platform, including user support and process management.
- Support CSV projects.
- Deliver training on QMS processes and QA induction for new staff, facilitating understanding of change controls, deviations, and quality events.
- Organise and participate in internal audits, external audits, and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or higher level in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Quality Management).
- Proven experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated laboratory environment, with a strong understanding of GxP standards, GMP, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical computer systems and electronic quality management platforms; must have experience of CSV and Gamp5.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
