We are currently looking for a Talent Relocation Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for employees as the company relocates its office premises.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a retention impact analysis project, leveraging previous methodology to determine current employee locations and commute changes.
  • Reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates.
  • Conduct competitive pay analysis for lab-based workers in the context of the site move.
  • Support new site change management, including Change Champions and UK leadership engagement, and educate managers on retention mechanisms.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree in a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in relocation projects from a Talent perspective / site moves (Essential).
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with data analytics and Excel.

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balanced work-life experience with two days onsite presence and three days home-based. The contract is full-time, running until 13 December 2025, with an immediate start date. A laptop can be provided to ensure you have all the necessary tools to excel in this role.
