Our client is currently seeking a talented Scientist to join their Mass Spectrometry team within Characterisation and Material Sciences, based in the Berkshire area. This 12-month contract offers a unique chance to develop your skills and experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. As a Scientist, you will be responsible for supporting characterisation work packages and investigations, focusing on the detailed characterisation of proteins to elucidate their structure, function, and degradation pathways.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform analysis of protein therapeutics using mass spectrometric techniques.
- Utilise HPLC and electrophoresis as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the authorship of analytical aspects of regulatory submissions, technical procedures, protocols, and reports.
