Key Duties and Responsibilities- Generate and analyse biophysical data for panels of antibodies or proteins to support digital antibody engineering initiatives.
- Assess molecule quality, such as purity and stability, ensuring data integrity before further analysis.
- Collaborate closely with computational scientists, capturing data in formats suitable for digital interrogation and model development.
- Work flexibly to deliver accurate results within agreed timelines, contributing to project milestones.
- Develop new methodologies for antibody characterisation and innovative approaches to refine biophysical assessments.
- A degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Protein Science).
- Proven experience in biophysical characterisation techniques, such as affinity measurement, thermal stability, self‑interaction, and non‑specific binding assessments, ideally within an antibody or protein context.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills, coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach.
