We are currently recruiting a QA Associate to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the QA Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of documentation issuing and maintaining the archiving system. This is an initial 6‑month contract with possible extension/permanent thereafter.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue approved and effective GMP documents and labels for use in Manufacturing, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform Batch Consolidation duties with regard to QC Biochemistry and Microbiology testing activities for Drug Product and Drug Substance.
- Coordinate the consolidation of all QC testing activities and perform independent checks to ensure all release specifications are met.
- Maintain the archiving system and ensure effective interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
Role Requirements
- Relevant degree in Biology or a related field.
- Proven industry experience in Quality Assurance or GMP.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with IT systems, including MS Office and database entries.
