Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, are seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Administrator to join their team in the Oxford area. As the Pharmaceutical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business unit through a variety of administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective interfacing both internally and externally.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Raise purchase orders for materials as requested by the team, ensuring suppliers are approved where appropriate. Keep office supplies stocked and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as the main point of contact for site liaison, including receiving guests, signing them in, issuing and reconciling guest passes, and managing deliveries and off-site equipment maintenance.
  • Provide customer support by receiving and processing customer orders, advising customers of any production issues, and maintaining open communication.
  • Support in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) documents in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, including filing scanned digital documents, logging updates, and issuing forms.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience with administration as well as strong computer skills.
  • Proven industry experience in a similar administrative role within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
