We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join a leading healthcare technology and medical solutions organization based in the Northern Netherlands. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering innovative medication management and hospital automation solutions that improve patient safety and operational efficiency. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospital and healthcare environments to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Manage complex sales processes from opportunity identification through to contract award and implementation.
- Drive the adoption of integrated medication management and health technology solutions.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Nursing, Business Management).
- Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare organizations, ideally within tender-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, stakeholder management, and solution selling techniques.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
