We are building the future of Talent Management within the Content Creator sphere. Most talent agencies are reactive, waiting for opportunities to come to them. At Hyped, we are proactive business partners to some of the biggest creators, influencers, and personalities in food, fitness, sport, and lifestyle. We help creators build brands through real strategy and open the door to commercial success.
We are hiring a determined Talent Manager to build rosters, pitch collaborations, close partnerships, and shape Creator careers from the ground up.
What you’ll actually do:
- Build, manage and grow your own curated roster of creators
- Pitch brand deals and partnerships to agencies and brands
- Negotiate contracts and manage campaigns end-to-end
- Act as a strategic partner, developing commercial plans for your creators
- Work across business development, account management, and growth strategy
You’re the right fit if you:
- Are obsessed with social media: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Understand (or want to understand) the creator economy
- Have sales instincts and aren’t afraid of outreach
- Get energised by building something, not maintaining it
- Can juggle strategy, relationships, and revenue without needing your hand held
- Want to be commercially curious - not just operationally competent
Bonus points for experience in:
- Influencer talent management
- Business development
- Brand partnerships
- Sales
You’re NOT the right fit if you:
- Want a traditional account management role with no sales targets
- Expect structured workflows and warm inbound leads
- Prefer maintaining what exists over building what’s next
What’s in it for you:
- Uncapped commission - Industry leading commission package
- Realistic OTE: 2x your salary
- Location: Poole/Bournemouth (4 days in office)
- Growth: We retain and promote from within - this is a young business, so you can carve your own path
- Perks: Team trips, days out and health club membership after probation
About Hyped: We are a young, ambitious talent agency experiencing huge year-on-year growth. We work with elite creators, influencers, and personalities across food, fitness, sport, fashion, and lifestyle. We operate as their business partners, not their assistants.
The content creator and social media landscape is the fastest growing marketing channel in the world, and it’s still only getting started. We take care of the crucial element: the Creators themselves. We manage some of the biggest names in the Food, Fitness, and Lifestyle space and partner with the biggest brands in the world.
If you want to be a part of the creator economy and grow alongside a team that’s redefining what talent management looks like - let’s talk.
Your Interview Journey: We’ll have a quick chat on the phone, followed by an initial interview over video call. From there we’ll invite you in to meet our Founder, meet the team, and then complete a short written piece. That’s it! Nothing too daunting, and it gives us a chance to meet you properly, but also a chance for you to see whether Hyped is right for you.
