Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Booking valuations for the Lister
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Assist with Sales Administration if necessary
- Negotiate on Sales
- Canvassing for new Sales opportunities
- Promoting the business
- Marketing properties
- Generating new business opportunities
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry
- Strong negotiating skills with proven track record
- Well-presented and professional individual
- To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle.
