The role:
As a Presentation Experience Specialist, you’ll work at the intersection of design, motion, tech and UX – bringing ideas to life through presentations that don’t just look great, but function flawlessly.
PowerPoint is our main tool, but you’ll also work across Google Slides, interactive training materials, video, and more. You’ll own the build process: crafting bulletproof templates, animating narratives that engage, and solving layout challenges with creativity and control.
You’ll need to switch between tools with ease, fix unexpected glitches, and clearly explain your thinking both to clients and teammates. This role blends technical execution with creative thinking and thrives on collaboration and curiosity.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building top-tier presentations and thoughtfully crafted templates, based on designs in Figma, for our high-profile clients. Keeping quality control front of mind.
- Producing professional animations that help inform and delight audiences.
- Flexibly handling a varied workload, including different platforms, formats and disciplines.
- Collaborating closely with a vibrant, creative team in an environment where your ideas are valued and encouraged. Contributing ideas and helping shape the future of what presentation design can be.
- Engaging face-to-face with clients, verifying their requirements and offering creative guidance on delivery.
- Balancing the flexibility of remote work with the energy of our Manchester office.
The ideal candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, resourceful, and eager to learn. Previous experience in presentation or motion design is a major bonus, as is proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Suite. However, we are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds – what matters most is your mindset, attention to detail, and ability to creatively solve problems.
