KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, target and win new business across the global Post, Parcel and Logistics sectors.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute a robust new business strategy aligned with the company’s global growth objectives.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline of high value prospects using modern tools and techniques.
- Build compelling proposals, pitch decks and solution presentations tailored to prospect pain points.
- Attend key industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build visibility.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with market demands and prospect needs.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.
MUST HAVE
- 5–10+ years of proven success in a senior sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of the Post, Parcel and/or broader Logistics industries, with an existing global network.
- Demonstrable experience of closing high-value, complex B2B deals in international markets.
- Highly self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in fast-paced, performance driven environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Known as a "hunter" — relentless in pursuit of new opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts.
- Confident, charismatic and credible in front of executive level decision makers.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and personally driving deals — not handing off to account managers.
