Are you an experienced clean‑energy professional eager to help shape the next phase of Battery Energy Storage deployment across the UK and Ireland? This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Hyosung’s commercial strategy across the region, working closely with technical and commercial leaders in both the UK and Korea.
As a BESS Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans that expand Hyosung’s market presence and align with UK business growth objectives.
- Identifying emerging revenue opportunities through market insight, trend analysis, and competitor intelligence.
- Building and nurturing meaningful customer relationships while strengthening Hyosung’s brand visibility and sales pipeline across priority markets.
- Leading the tendering process, managing commercial negotiations, and coordinating with technical and product teams to deliver bespoke BESS solutions.
- Overseeing opportunity and market data to support strategic decision‑making and drive sustainable commercial performance.
In this role, you will work across diverse teams, collaborating with marketing, product development, procurement, and Hyosung’s global divisions to deliver projects that meet the expectations of a rapidly evolving energy-storage market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping long‑term commercial strategies while contributing to the wider success of a high‑growth, international energy business.
3–5 years’ experience within BESS, energy storage, renewables, or the power sector in a commercial or development role.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
