We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Inspection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting precision-machined and assembled components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and regulatory standards such as AS9100.

This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to delivering components that meet the rigorous demands of the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace components using manual and digital inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.).
  • Verify conformance of parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and final assemblies in accordance with quality plans.
  • Record inspection results accurately using company quality systems and documentation protocols.
  • Support first-article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 standards.
  • Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and liaise with production and engineering teams for resolution.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence of defects.
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment in line with quality system requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with AS9100 and customer-specific aerospace quality requirements.
