Our Team Coordinators play a key role within the DCC Business Unit, providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Working closely with colleagues from across the team and with other secretaries across our firm.
- We are open to considering candidates on either a full-time basis or a part-time basis of 28 hours per week across 4 days.
What will your role look like?
As a valued member of our team, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, client teams and external contacts, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent service.
You'll play an important part in supporting client delivery, maintaining business processes and ensuring key tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Though this is a varied role, your key responsibilities will include
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, correspondence and other materials required by attendees.
- Providing administrative support across the team, including answering calls, managing correspondence, taking minutes, proofreading documents and tracking actions to completion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to‑date electronic client records and documentation.
- Arranging travel and accommodation through the CTM Portal in line with company travel policies, ensuring stakeholders receive comprehensive itineraries.
- Processing Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with firm procedures and supporting compliance requirements across the Business Unit.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and supporting client take‑on activities.
- Managing records of team expenses, gifts and hospitality, and processing client invoices through our internal billing systems.

- Strong experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with the ability to produce professional reports, presentations and communications.
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Educated to GCSE English or Scottish Higher English level (or equivalent).
- Alternatively, you'll hold a recognised professional qualification or be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.
