We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Front of House Team in London on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is on a varied shift pattern of 08:00‑16:00, 09:00‑17:00, or 09:30‑17:30 onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently.
  • Meet and greet all clients, visitors and staff in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the meeting‑room diary.
  • Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms and reception area are kept to a high standard.
  • Set up, clear and reset meeting rooms for lunches, meetings and events, including breaking down and re‑setting tables.
  • Distribute external and internal mail and ensure external post is sent by the most appropriate method.
  • Monitor and order stationery.
  • Manage delivery of all goods.
  • Order and deliver records from an off‑site storage facility.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the general office environment.
  • Adhere to the Firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for filing and archiving, keeping filing cabinets tidy and ensuring all filing is kept up to date with online portal retrieval and return.
  • Handle invoicing.
  • Administer H&S inductions and new‑starter set‑ups.
  • Conduct workstation assessments.
  • Provide other ad‑hoc facilities and general support to the office manager.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A polite and friendly manner.
  • Strong efficiency and punctuality.
  • Excellent team‑working skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Experience of working a switchboard (advantage).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated.
  • Professional approach in all work activities and client dealings.
