Hymans Robertson is looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our internal recruitment team on an eight-month fixed term contract basis. This role will support our team to coordinate key recruitment activities, including:

  • Liaising with candidates and colleagues to schedule interviews, provide feedback and support throughout all stages of our recruitment process.
  • Processing key recruitment documentation such as candidate packs, feedback, and contracts.
  • Using our ATS system to track and monitor candidate activity.
  • Supporting the team to deliver key recruitment events and initiatives such as open days, careers fairs and induction sessions.
  • Posting advert and promotional content on a variety of job boards and other online forums.
  • Other administrative tasks such as supporting with enquiries via our central mailbox, diary management, updating various trackers and processing incoming invoices.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the firm at a variety of early careers events.

Although this role has an early careers focus, there will also be an opportunity to build knowledge of ‘experienced hire’ recruitment support during holiday and other busy periods.

To enjoy and succeed in this role you will:

  • Have gained some experience within a Recruitment or HR administrative capacity or demonstrate transferable skills from an alternative position.
  • Be a strong, clear communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and task prioritisation skills.
  • Be self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to use initiative to complete tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be enthusiastic about providing all applicants with a great candidate experience.
  • Have experience of working with Microsoft 365 software, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (or similar programmes).
