Are you a talented Administrator or Recruitment Assistant, with a passion for all things early careers? If so, our opportunity to join our internal recruitment team as a Recruitment Co-ordinator on an eight-month fixed term contract basis may be an exciting next step for you!

What will your role look like? In this role you’ll support our team to coordinate key recruitment activities – including setting up interviews, providing candidate feedback and getting involved with a number of exciting initiatives, events, and projects. This is a varied role where your key tasks will include:

  • Liaising with candidates and colleagues to schedule interviews, provide feedback and support throughout all stages of our recruitment process
  • Processing key recruitment documentation such as candidate packs, feedback, and contracts
  • Using our ATS system to track and monitor candidate activity
  • Supporting the team to deliver key recruitment events and initiatives such as open days, careers fairs and induction sessions
  • Posting advert and promotional content on a variety of job boards and other online forums
  • Other administrative tasks such as supporting with enquiries via our central mailbox, diary management, updating various trackers and processing incoming invoices
  • Acting as an ambassador for the firm at a variety of early careers events

Although this role has an early careers focus there will also be an opportunity for you to build your knowledge of ‘experienced hire’ recruitment support as you will work with our wider team on this activity during holiday and other busy periods.

To Enjoy And Succeed In This Role You Will:

  • Have gained some experience within a Recruitment or HR administrative capacity or will be able to demonstrate the transferable skills required for this post from an alternative position
  • Be a strong, clear communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Possess strong attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational and task prioritisation skills
  • Be self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to use your initiative to complete tasks
  • Be able to provide excellent customer service, and be enthusiastic about providing all applicants with a great candidate experience throughout the different stages of our recruitment process
  • Have experience of working with Microsoft 365 software, in particular the use of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (or similar programmes)
  • Work in a way that aligns to our values of being friendly, partnering, straightforward and confident
