Position Overview

Depending on your skills and interests, you will be aligned to either one of our Consulting Business Units – Actuarial Private, Actuarial Public or Insurance & Financial Services – as a trainee consultant, or to our Technical (Insights & Analytics) team as an analyst. Though these career pathways are complimentary, they offer distinct opportunities to specialise and build knowledge in your aligned field.

As a trainee actuarial consultant you will contribute to client and internal projects from day one, learn from experienced actuaries, and develop your technical and stakeholder‑management skills through structured training and mentoring.

For those who align to the Analyst pathway, you will become a specialist in the technology that powers our consulting teams, building in‑depth expertise in programming languages such as R and collaborating with these teams to unlock the benefits of cutting‑edge technology for our clients.

  • Solve complex problems.
  • Enjoy a fun and fast‑paced working environment where collaboration is encouraged.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in approach to tasks.
  • Have strong numeracy skills and the ability to work well with numbers.
