The Vacancy
Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic team managing a diverse portfolio of clients. They play a key role in providing excellent service on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and CARE pension schemes.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Project Administrator within our Data Journey team, based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
What will your role look like?
You will support the delivery of pensions data enhancement projects, such as preparing schemes for Dashboard connection, data cleansing for buy-in projects, and GMP equalisation, working as part of the TPA Data Journey Projects Team nationwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with pensions data cleansing and electronic data management under supervision.
- Contributing to end-of-project closure reports.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Running data extracts, analyzing data, and preparing review reports.
- Following office procedures, including recording communications and compliance.
- Performing administrative duties like mailing and helpline support.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum GCSE/Scottish standard Maths and English or equivalent.
- Knowledge of DB pensions and experience with pensions projects.
- Administrative experience and data management skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
